“Traci De Leon is a performer, choreographer and vocal instructor that I have seen in all aspects of her multi-dimensional abilities. Her students (whether soloists or groups) are consistently among those who champion distinguished honors/awards and prestigious kudos in coveted contest pursuits . We were pleased with the discipline she demonstrated and both the emphasis on education that she brought to vocal instruction. From warm up to a completed choreographed vocal routine, she breaks down each segment for the student to easily understand and get ‘infected’ with her love and passion of the art of vocal performance. I saw firsthand her ability to motivate the students to perform to the best of their abilities and loving to do so. I witnessed this as she consistently taught students who performed on the Mid-South Fair stage, many Finalists and some even Sweepstake Winners. One of the special traits about Traci De Leon is her creativity and first class approach to the minute details. Traci's selection of song choice, the unique arrangements, and costuming has set her as a trailblazer and progressive visionary in the performing arts world. She expected and maintained a professional level of quality that were always an essential part of all her instruction no matter what age level of student that she was teaching or demonstrating to. Her “Aida” and "The Prayer" production routines were emulated and held to a standard of success that required a significant investment of her time and devotion without sacrificing any of her own high standards and expectations. I know that the interpretation of performance is quite subjective to a wide variety of opinions, however I was always pleasantly surprised how Traci's routines would hold the interests of even those non-performers. If you have any further queries or need any clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact me at either 901/322-1456 or jrinnander@midsouthfair.com. I shall always wish Traci De Leon the very best in all her future pursuits and endeavors and do pray our paths shall cross again. Best Regards, Jeanne Rinnander” February 23, 2010
